Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Barbeque Tool Shop. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Cast Iron Products: Once used, cast iron items cannot be returned due to their porous nature and potential for seasoning.
  • Grill Accessories: Certain grill accessories that come into direct contact with food are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
