Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Cast Iron Products: Due to the nature of cast iron, these items cannot be returned once used.
- Grill Accessories: Certain grill accessories, especially those that come into direct contact with food, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
